I’m just wondering if anyone else notices a marked decrease in their ability to concentrate during study blocks?
I swear, when I begin the 6-8 week study schedule, all that I want to do is study. I want to concentrate on it. I don’t want a bunch of work hassles and projects hanging over my head. If I was a college student, I would literally study life a full-time job.
Maybe it’s my ADD….what was I saying? :D….but all of my projects at work just go straight to pot when I am studying. Then once it is over, I am back to being a master of the project, lord of the gantt chart. So when studying, it’s as much an exercise in survival as it is an effort to excel at work.
Same thing happens at home. My parts of the house (office and bathroom vanity) just are a mess. Papers, receipts, etc. The day I come home from the exam, I HAVE to clean those up. It’s like the mind is suddenly freed and I am able to do other things again.
Come on 5/29….I’m going to take it to REG and go 3 for 3 with FAR to go.
