It doesn't ask for net revenue from cash sales. It asks for net sales using the cash basis of accounting. Ask yourself how much cash did the company collect and that will be your answer.

760000 from people who gave you cash

114000 from people you let pay you later

Since your AR balance was 40,000 and is now 30,000, not only did you collect the while 114,000 but also 10,000 from the previous year.

    So answer is…

    76,000

    114,000

    10,000

    Total 200,000

    FAR - 08/30/15 - 90
    AUD - 11/12/15 - 92
    REG - 01/19/16 - 82
    BEC - 02/29/16 - 83

Passed all on 1st attempt using GLEIM (full program) and NINJA (MCQ only)!!!
