I am studying for FAR using Becker. This is the routine I am going through:
I watch the lecture, read the book, take detailed notes and then feel very confident about all the material in the chapter. Then, I’ll start working on the MCQ and I’ll score an average of about 68-72 on each section. That’s when my motivation gets kicked down, anxiety kicks in- and I’ll start thinking there is NO WAY in hell I am passing this exam. Oh, and did I mention I spend like 5-7 minutes on ONE question.
When I do the MCQ, I have already reviewed and memorized the material, so I don’t refer to the notes/book.
Any advice from your previous experiences? I really want to pass this exam from hell the first time, because I can’t even imagine myself studying for this stuff twice.
A- 77 1X
F- 83 1X YES!
B- 81 1X
R- 73 ._. got cocky. Retake: 83 Done.
