I can’t believe I didn’t make any progress in FAR. I really thought I did better this time. How should I proceed from here, and how much time should I plan for a retake?

I think you should wait until you see what happens with AUD. If you pass AUD, then schedule your FAR retake at the end of February. If you fail AUD, then I think you should start restudying AUD right away and take it in January then study for 2 months for FAR and take it in Mar/Apr. That will allow you one more window to make up either one, but I think you can handle them both in the next two windows. Don't focus on FAR now. Focus on AUD and get that finished this month. Then worry about FAR. You can't change FAR now. AUD results should determine your next move. Good luck!

Thanks for the advice Mamabear. I just hope I can get out of my current mindset. With AUD being less than a month away, now is not the time to start feeling sorry for myself.

I don't know when you started, but I've been at this since 2013–May (studying) and August (actually sitting) so you're doing better than I am. I only have 2 chances to pass REG and then credits start rolling off. If you nail AUD this quarter you will have 3 testing windows to focus on FAR before you have to worry. You won't need all those windows, but it should help your mindset to know that you aren't currently in danger of anything expiring. Don't worry about FAR. I truly believe you'll nail it when it's the only test you have to focus on. You've jumped around, which probably affected your focus some. Just breathe, forget about FAR, focus on knocking AUD out of the park, and then you will be 3/4 done with this exam. FAR will come AFTER AUD!!! Git r done!!
