I have used Wiley books ($25-40 depending on where you buy them) and Wiley test bank ($87 from A71 for 1 year: https://www.another71.com/products-page/wiley-software/ or $85 for 4 months on their website) for all 3 exams that I have taken and have passed them all first-try. The test bank is not necessary, if you use the questions in the book – I just got it because I feel like I learn better with the electronic format. *shrug* Who knows if I'm right or if I wasted the money!
However, none of us can really say what is the best FAR review material, because that will vary from person to person and with their individual needs. I love Wiley and wouldn't trade it for any of the others. From everything that I've heard, I really don't think I'd like the others! 😛 I watched some sample lectures from Rogers' and he was entertaining, but lectures just seem bulky and cumbersome to me, so I love the fact that Wiley has everything in a book instead of lectures. But there's other people who swear by the lectures and by some specific company's lectures.
Therefore, my best advice to you is to find some samples of different companies and give them a shot. See which one(s) you think you could learn best from. Because the fact of the matter is, all of these well-known materials have the information needed to pass. The key is to find one that can convey the information in a way that you can understand and remember.
Also realize that the worst that can happen is that you fail, and you've done that with Becker, too, so it's nothing new. If, for example, you got Yaeger, you'd save more than the re-take exam fee over buying Becker, and your chances of having to do a re-take with Becker are pretty decent, too. That was part of my thought process in choosing Wiley. At $1000+ for Becker, I could fail a test a couple times at least and still come out ahead cost-wise using Wiley. So, I decided to take the risk…and it's paid off so far.
