I have a really really nice boss and want to buy a Christmas gift for her but I have no idea about what I can buy given that I’m also newbie to Christmas =.=. She comes from Russia. Any ideas? Thanks a lot!

In the past I've given gift certificates to nice local restaurants or to the movies (if they have a family because it's so darn expensive anymore!). I've even given a bottle of wine, granted it was from Argentina 🙂 I find that a really nice hand-written card goes a long way too!

I've been lucky in that the last three of my bosses were all coffee aficionados. If they are a coffee drinker, a gift card to Starbucks or D&D is quick, easy, and will definitely get used.
