void or voidable contract

    Contracts which were made under conditions of duress – is it a void or voidable?

    I mean after reading becker materil – i thought economic duress – voidable

    and physical duress – void .

    Please help?

    Duress – Extreme

    o They had a gun to their head and were forced – Void

    Duress – Simple – Voidable
