The reason that Gleim, Becker, and other review course questions are so difficult is job security: If they made the review questions easy, people wouldn’t buy their flash-cards and their Cram courses and their phone apps and other useless garbage. The review courses can’t stay in business without some element of paranoia that you (the candidate) might fail. That’s why Gleim and Becker have all these Cram courses and all the superfluous material: they got you on the hook, and they know you’re going to spend until you pass.
FAR isn’t so much hard, as it is difficult to remember all the subtle material…and the key is memorization and repetition. These Cram courses and ancillary materials are ridiculous. Save your money and read the text, do some multiple choice questions, get frustrated; then, re-read the text, do some multiple choice and the material WILL start making sense. If you’re still stuck, read the FAS statement.
Everyone on this site is smart enough to pass, I don’t think you need some big-business b.s. exploiting you for all your money.
