    LOL. If you just know some of the general terms and when a business is deemed to be a VIE (i.e. primary beneficiary, etc.), you'll be fine.

    There may or may not be an MCQ about VIEs (I believe it has been on exam questions they've released in the past), but I'd be shocked if there is a SIM about them. This is not historically a heavily tested concept.

    Understand the basics, which is literally only two to three things quick things. I'd look it up but I don't even want to open that textbook again.
