Does anyone know if VA sends you a letter showing you a breakdown of your score ONLY if you fail?

Yes, that's correct. VA sends a score report , but when it is a “pass” it is only one-page report. When it is “fail” it has the breakdown of the score on the reverse side. You always get a score report though. I had enough of both. LOL
