I’ve been studying the wrong thing…no wonder I was getting all those questions wrong

it’s not worth it. Pay the extra money and get the updated materials.

I think I'm gonna fail..seriously. I've met my match. I even have trouble remembering the darn SEC forms. And I feel burnt out. ><. Which sections do you need to pass to be done with this once and for all?

This and BEC. I'm totally losing hope on FAR…I don't think it's hard, but I feel like I'm running out of time. After next week, I'll start BEC right away and take it in July and get back to FAR in August. I can't stand looking at this material anymore:(

omg people, chill out.

Mayo, you realize the pass rate for these tests is less than 50% right? You're in the minority by passing those sections on the first try. I've known really smart people who didn't pass on their first try–it doesn't make them any less of a CPA when they do pass.

The difference between a CPA who passed the exams with four 75s and one that passed with four 99s is….absolutely nothing. We're not in school anymore. This is not a competition.

2011 Materials are ok IF – and I've said this a million times in the podcast (time to start listening?? 😉 … they must have the July 2011 updates which SFAS 8 includes.

Well apparently I am an idiot because I passed REG, with only a 76. Well I would rather have passed with a 76 then to have failed with a 71. BOOM!
