Is it unrealistic or will it be unproductive to watch 44 hours of yaeger FAR videos in 1 week? Thats about how much video time I have left and I have FAR scheduled for 8/27. I want to basically have all of August to do MCQ’s, Sims, note re-writing, and memorization. Will it be unproductive to be watching 4 – 6 hours of videos a day? These videos are already absurd…

Looks like we're on about the same schedule. I am sitting for FAR 8/31 and just started studying this week.

Review time is incredibly important but I would suggest you may be going a bit extreme with it. How do you plan on learning the material if you don't watch the videos? Most of my reinforced learning happens through MCP's and rewrite of notes, but if I didn't watch the videos and take good notes then I wouldn't have a base to build on.

Here's what I am planning for my study. I schedule about 2 hours of study time for each hour of video, so I can pause and take notes. (I don't do Cindy & Phil's MCP's as I go along.) Then I go into Ninja mode to rewrite notes and do MCP's until test day.

For you that would mean 88 hours of video watching/note taking. At say 25 hours per week, that is about 3.5 weeks. If you start now you would finish your videos by about August 1st. Plenty of time for review I would think?

We all study differently and I haven't passed any sections yet, so feel free to take this with how ever many grains of salt you would like. This is how I studied for REG and got a 74. When I got a 65 on FAR, all I did was watch the videos, I didn't allow time for review or MCP's (I hadn't discovered the Ninja strategy then).
