Went beautifully. Felt confident about all of my answers. Each testlet was harder than the one before it and took longer than the previous one. The MCQs i felt were easier than the becker practice final but the sims were MUCH harder. However, I filled out all of the sims and felt 100% confident about 4 out of 7 of them while mostly confident about the remaining 3. Now to start studying for REG.

If you don't mind, fill us in on your time recommendations for each testlet and then the SIMs. I'm trying to work up a budget, but my only previous experience was with AUD, which isn't calc heavy.

Hmm, well to be honest by the time I got to sims I had about 1.5 hours remaining, so I'd say no more than 2.5 hours on the 3 MCQ testlets. Each one will get harder and take longer time if you do well, and they are indeed calculation heavy. Also, I used BECKER self-study. Great program!

Thank you for sharing CashEquivalents. I am taking far on 1/21 and am also using Becker self study. I also just bought the Ninja Notes for my final review. I hope to pass with my first try. This is my first attempt at the whole thing. I hope I have the same experience next Saturday!

Oh great…I retake FAR next week. In the future, I have to make sure none of my tests coincide with yours. You're gonna blow the curve for me! Haha! Just kidding!

Nice to hear, other posters had me a bit worried. What did you do to review and how much time did you take reviewing? Were you using the progress tests in Becker and if so what were you scoring there?

I'd say I plowed in about 160 hours total for FAR. On the Becker Practice Final Exams I was scoring in the 80s on all the MCQ testlets and got the sims 100%
