@dualmatrix – hey i remember your post a while back about job hunting? how is it going so far? any interviews? Do you feel passing the cpa exam help with your job search? Also are you searching north or socal?

Hey Vanessa, don't feel bad. It's possible that the simulation you didn't get through/had to hurry on will be a pre-test question and not graded. I think one out of 7 sims is pretest, and roughly 16% of MCQ.

I just took FAR this week too, and pacing during the exam is still a challenge. FAR and REG have a reputation for that. Golly, I felt like I was finally prepared, and then took too long in the first 2 testlets! Got a 72 last time. I'm so nervous about this retake…. I would hate to have to re-study in December! Thankfully, since we took it in the first 20 days, scores come out beginning of November! I'm in Oregon though and have to wait about a week more after that to get ours in the mail…
