Lets start off by saying… I HATE THIS FREAKING TEST!!!!!! UGHH!!!!!

ok… nothing out the ordinary, the typical things that we are told we are going to be tested on… but for some reason i got tripped up on a few… i cant say the testlets were of any different difficulty… i dont know how accurate this is, but regardless… very difficult. of course there are those few you know right away, but then again you second guess yourself because who really knows, right!?

the sims were difficult for sure… last time i took it the sims were easier in my opinion. i got through everything, finished up with 17 seconds left on the clock.

last time i took the exam i wasnt able to even study all the material and i got jacked on one topic.. ended up with a 70… this time i did all the material 3-4 times, didnt get jacked on any one topic, but i know i got things wrong for sure.

i’m hoping for that golden 75 so i can be done with all this, god willing i’ll get through it this time.

please pray for me =/

@hopeful and Zee, I took my FAR exam today also. I thought the MCQ went good. first testlet was fine, second one was harder forsure and I must of not done so hot because the third one was much easier. Now the SIMS, were a abosolutely brutal. I left one blank because I had no idea what to do and I know I got the research question wrong because I couldnt find the corrrect answer so i just put the closest authoritative literture to it that i could find. The other 5 sims i wasnt 100% sure on any of them. All of them were answered with the best i could but i def didnt feel any of them were 100% right. I def think I got some of the hardest SIMS ive ever seen. The one I left blank was not even touched on in yaeger and some were so in depth i felt lost. This is all coming after i thought i was doing great on mcq too. i was thinking sh*t this isnt so bad, what was i worried about im doing great, then i got a phat slap in the face when i started the SIMS. Im planning on retaking this fall which is horrible because i really felt good about the material and i put in about 200 hrs in 8 weeks. If i had to review myself i woudl def say that i put in the time. But it sometimes is the luck of the draw and either way i will be a CPA! Best of luck on your scores guys!

I definitely know how you feel. I felt the exact same way. First testlet wasn't bad, second testlet was definitely more difficulty and took longer and third was about the same as the first. When I got to the SIMS, that was when I started getting worried. I didn't feel 100% on either of them except the research. I am still thinking of whether or not to start studying. What are you planning to do? I have 2 more tries before I start losing parts and not going to lie that is starting to worry me.
