Hello everyone, I was just wondering what the consensus is for the time given on the REG exam. Is it enough time, and how did you manage it? 3hrs long gives 30 min/MC testlet and 45/Sim… Will it take me 45 min to do a simulation or can I cut a bit off and spend more time on my MCQ’s? Thanks guys!

I would do the opposite and try to cut time on the MCQs and have more time for the SIMS. That is what I tried to do.I thought the MCQ's were pretty easy and mostly conceptual so its easy to go through them fast-( you either know em or you don't)…plus there are only 22 questions per testlet on my exam so I left more time for the sims and ended up using it all. I think I had over an hour per SIM and that was helpful because that is where a lot of the computation problems were, in the tabs of the sims.

Thanks for the information. 22 questions? hmm.. that would be awesome! lol I thought it was 24/24/24 either way its less than 30… does anyone know if there are still 5 pretest questions per testlet or less due to not as many questions? doesn't really matter, just curious.
