Arrrrggghhhh I was soooooooo close to getting the right answer, didn't do the final step 🙁

Got it right kind of…picked the right answer but my reasoning was a little off. I was trying to calculate and deduct interest from the lease liability after deducting the 2nd 40k payment…it didn't click that the 40k includes both principal and interest. Makes sense now.
