Can anybody give me some advice on the TBS simulation journal entries.

I believe how good your TBS scores are is based on how well you know the JE

On that note which JE do you guys think are the must know heading into the test for the TSB.

I know anything can be JE such as revaluing marketable securities, impairment, etc, but I think those are not big enough to have a TBS on those entries.

My idea of TBS journal entries would be

    1) Any of the long term contract methods—- % of completion/installment/cost recovery

    2) Cost/equity/acquisition method of ownership

    3) Accounting for treasury stock using the cost/par value method/

These are areas big enough for a TBS

Anybody have any other insight to larger JE problems where a TBS is likely?

Bonds, and amortizing a discount/premium on those bonds. I found those to be VERY helpful. I've also had depreciation TBS questions.
