I have scheduled the CPA Exam only to realize that I am not able to make the exam on that specific date due to an illness of a relative. I am attempting to take the Exam for the State of Oregon, but I will be able to take the exam on time if I take it in California. Is it even possible to take the exam at a prometric center in another state or do you have to take it in the specific state you are hoping to get your licensure?

You can take your exam at any prometric in any state. A lot of people on here are registered under one state, and sit for the exams in another. I am registered in NY and I've sat for my exams in NY and NH
