@Anj08146, I am also taking FAR next testing window. I used Becker's. I read the book just once. I neither had a chance to review nor take the practice final tests before sitting last January. I knew I should have worked with more MCQs. The book is so thick and it scares me to study all of those 10 chapters again.

How many chapters are there in Wiley Book?

work the problems. The book looks larger than it is. F8 and F9 are essentially the same stuff bu tin varying degrees of detail. F10 is like a potpourri – many small topics bunched up with many being stuff you already went over. Just keep pushing man

I'm also using Yaeger and didn't pass the first time. I strongly suggest taking detailed notes while watching the lecture videos. Work the assigned MCQs/SIMs after you complete each module. And then hit the Wiley test bank after you've gone through ALL the modules. This seems to be working a lot better for me. I'm retaining more information and feel like my study quality is a lot better.

The first time around, I watched all the lectures and followed along in the handout but didn't take any notes. Then, after I finished each video lecture, I did questions in the Wiley test bank until I was making decent scores. I did this for every module. But in the couple of weeks before my exam I had forgotten everything I learned in the beginning and I had no notes to go over. I didn't have enough time to watch the lectures again. I just tried to work as many assigned problems in the book as I could. I didn't even have time to go back to the Wiley test bank and pound out MCQs as everyone suggests. I spent almost 300 hours over about 5 months studying, and I still didn't pass. I thought for sure since I put in so much time that I would pass. The problem is that I was more focused on quantity of study hours over quality.
