Anyone else taking a section tomorrow?? AUD or anything else? My original plan was to NOT study today and just use today to relax and whatnot and yet… I’m studying. I find redoing these multiple choice questions and seeing how much I actually know is making me feel a little better LOL. Just bought Jeff’s notes… planning on reading them this afternoon for quick refresher. What are you doing your “day before”?

p.s. for all you people NOT taking a section tomorrow, what do you USUALLY do the day before a section??

AUDIT tomorrow as well. I'm so under prepared. I'm doing the A3 and A4 m/c section questions in Becker. Haven't even looked at A5, that's later today. Exam is at 12 tomorrow, so i will be studying for close to 18 of the next 24 hours.

Oh wow I'm sorry 🙁 That was how FAR was for me… went in completely unprepared. It was horrible. For AUD I tried to make sure I was adequately prepared this time but yet I still feel kinda nauseous when I think about the actual exam. Ugh. I wonder if I'll really feel prepared for any of my sections?

Doing the questions from Becker for audit just boils down to selecting the final 2, then the best answer. Since there's so much memorization, i decided to wait to the last minute to memorize everything and hope that it's fresh when i get in there. i hear there's not much of a curve for audit, so we'll see. good luck.

Taking AUD on Thursday. I am relaxing today and studying for the next 3 days. I usually study the last day to about 4 5 pm and take the rest of the night off. If you put the hours in you should do fine.

    FAR - 95
    AUD - 82
    REG - 94
    BEC - 84

Taking AUD tuesday, im reviewing A4 today and then just going over everything one last time tomorrow…i really should try the sims, but I've done close to 2500 MCQs the past 5 days, I just want to take this thing and end this ceaseless studying…

Also, day before the test, i try to limit my studying to like 8 or 9pm, absolute latest. Especially since i have my test at 8am, i want solid 8 hours of sleep! I would like to just take it easy, but anxiety doesn't really let me do that, haha

    FAR: 8/5/2010 - 89
    AUD: 8/24/2010 - 92
    REG: 10/11/2010 - 94!!
    BEC: 11/30/2010

I just got home from taking AUD saturday… yes I partied that hard after the exam. I studied 6 weeks, over 275hrs, high 80-low90s on becker. The exam killed me… ALL the testlets were hard to me, and the sims were no different. ALL hard!!! I thought this was the easiest of them all??? on top of that, in the middle of the exam, some dumbass pulled the damn fire alarm in the building and we all had to evacuate, totally messed up my testing vibe.

The day before I took a practice test, made a 95%, and took the rest of the day off. Went to my car to head out for some exam snacks and drinks and ya know what?? I had a flat tire… On top of that, it starting pouring down rain… I pulled my car in the garage, took it off, found a screw in it and plugged the hole. 2 hrs later after getting it filled and all, I went out to eat dinner at olive garden and had a decent sleep. Thats what I do before my exam besides the unexpected events.

    FAR (Feb. '10) - 83
    REG (Apr. '10) - 88
    BEC (May '10) - 79

How did you feel after your test potato gun? I felt great after mine (much better than any test so far), but this is scaring me a little bit. I see that you got a 91, how did you feel walking out of your exam?

    AUD - 74, 87; BEC - 84; FAR - 78; REG - 79

I had a lot of time left. I probably used like 1.5hrs on the sims, but having no pressure felt nice. I got out of the test with about 1.5hrs to spare.

So I took 3hrs total even though I was taking my time and took a few minutes here and there to just stare into space.

I had a good vibe during the test so leaving felt okay. I mean I didn't know how I did, but it certainly felt better than leaving FAR. Overall it didn't feel like a “big deal”. FAR was much worse of an experience as far as doubt goes.

For anyone worried about AUD, just make sure to use that time as you need it. Relax a bit and gather your thoughts. Jot some notes. Whatever. These tests don't go so well when you stress too much.

Taking AUD for the fourth time this Wednesday (Aug. 25). I have went through Becker, Becker Final Review, & Wiley. The day before my exam, I go through my notes and flashcards. I highly suggest that you go through any AICPA simulations the day before. My REG exam had the SAME EXACT AICPA released simulation. As you can tell, AUD is not my strongest section! LOL

    BEC: PASSED

    REG: Scores to be released

    AUD: Aug. 25

    FAR: October sometime
