Hi Everyone. I need some advice. I take FAR 1 week from today and I just took the exam rehearsal for GLEIM. I kind of rushed through the rehearsal exam and finished with an hour to spare. I sort of gave up at the end when it had me do a statement of cash flows and had no idea where to even start. I scored a 52% on the exam rehearsal (based off the questions, I actually thought I would do a lot worse). Do I use this next week to do as many hours of study each day possible and hammer out MCQ’s in my weak areas and simulations? or should I pay the fee to reschedule my exam and do it when I think I am more ready????

Not sure if you're still deciding, but one thing to consider outright – how much is the reschedule fee vs. how much for a new NTS for FAR? If the fee isn't that much lower than the reschedule, you might just consider doing your best this week and taking the exam. Maybe you pass, maybe not. But if the new NTS for FAR isn't that much more than the reschedule, why not just go for it.

A couple other things to consider – is this your first exam/have you taken this or any others before? This experience would give you an idea of how you've prepared before vs. how you fared during the exam, if you've taken any. How do you feel about the material overall? If you have a lot of weak areas and feel there's more you need to learn than what you feel good about, maybe reschedule it, or take it without a high expectation of passing. On the other hand, if there are just a few things and you can get through them without killing yourself this week, go for it.

Ultimately it's your decision to make and you have everything you've done up to this point to go off to help you make it. Regardless, good luck!

Thanks for the advice Sam. I have decided to just got for it and have spent the past week going back through areas I have felt weaker on. I have also been working on a full review for all sections and am feeling much more confident. I have taken one exam which was Audit in December and passed. Fingers crossed!
