Hi guys,

I have a good friend who gave me his FAR and AUD review stuff since he passed them all.

AUD review book is Wiley 2012 edition but FAR is Kaplan 2009/2010.

Is the FAR too old to study with? I was about to purchase CPAExcel review but i got these things from my friend.

I haven't taken any sections yet, but I would definitely say stay away from materials that are that old. There's going to be a lot of different rules, not to mention the fact that the exam itself changed since that was published.

AUD: 10/1/12 79
BEC: 10/23/12 90
REG: 11/21/12

09/10 is too old. 2011 had huge changes with International standards added to most exams.

You need to have all your IFRS and all the goodies that keep accumulating…..Wiley is only like $40 on amazon..

Thank you guys. CPAExcel now has buy one part, get one part free deal. Although I have Wiley textbook for AUD, I am going to purchase FAR and AUD using this deal..(just wanna get done with these two sections first..!!)
