Study Tips I guess?

I wanted to post some study tips on here that I don’t think you see very often, and are maybe overlooked. This has helped me ease my studying and may not necessarily work for you.

    1. Jeff’s guide has us write down 3 reasons why we are doing the CPA and read it in the morning. I follow this (almost)everyday.

Additionally, I have found it is important to be aware of what you are sacrificing when you are in this journey and to list those down and know what they are as well.

    2. Do you have good lighting, is everything ergonomic? You should consider getting an additional monitor to hook up to your lap top so you have dual screens when studying. Maybe you should invest in a book stand so everything is Eye level and you are sitting up straight and not straining your neck. Perhaps you need a better light so you can see. Get a giant water bottle so you don’t have to waste time to get up to refill it as many times. Perhaps get a stress ball to distract you.

    Point is, improve processes.

    3. While taking an exam, I always found it helpful to chug a red bull(sugar free) and eat a clif bar at halfway point.

    That is all.

Lol, my friend curses at a problem he doesn't understand and he does it for a while, of course his family can hear and they pretty pissed off. But at least he remembers why he got it wrong.

@HomeStretch, thanks for the tips! I should probably actually implement these (as I'm sitting on my bed, looking down at my laptop) lol and I think I'll try to cussing thing today!

Any scores yet?!?!?! I've been checking randomly to see how you did 🙂
