    Hi Jeff,

I am studying for FAR 2011. I have ordered the Yaeger HomeStudy DVD’s, because I heard great things about it on this forum. What study tips do you have in order to successfully pass the FAR section of the exam? What did you do? I really appreciate all the help. Happy Holidays to you and your family!

    sushtil,

I think that it's really important that when you're working MCQ, you read through all of the wrong answers and truly understand why they're wrong, and not only why the right answer is right. I have Becker and then took Yaeger's CRAM and Yaeger teaches you to do that, and I don't think things really started “clicking” for me until I started doing that. Best of luck- you'll nail it!

    sushtil,

I agree with Curse AUD. Working the multiple choice is extremely important. But, I can honestly say that reading the book for explanations on topics I didn't throughly understand helped me pass FAR. There were many topics on my exam that weren't covered heavily in the book. The second time I took FAR, I read through and tried to understand every topic. So when those topics showed up on the exam I was prepared. I didn't write down notes for all topics, just the ones that I had difficulty understanding. Good Luck:)
