I failed with a 70 on FAR this time and so I figured that It was off in a few areas…..I was not comparative in any area…

Strong in Not For Profit and Simulations and Weak in everything else…..Doesn’t really help in studying does it? Any suggestions on how to study for a Re-Test…Deceided I am taking it in July…hopefully early July!!!! Any help would be greatly appreciated…

I've been told not to take the feedback too seriously. Honestly, I'd re-study like I've never seen the material before. The only thing I changed was I skipped the video lectures and instead did more MCQ's and TBS's. Ended up passing FAR my 2nd attempt that way.

I got weaker in every area except for stronger in governmental. I was planning on skipping the video lectures as well this time around but I might go through some again for the topics that I know the least.

Well, it seems like the only reason you even got a 70 is because of your simulations. You just need to study everything again from scratch to strengthen all those areas.

Try to get the Ninja Notes and read it few times or re-write it. Take a moment to go over cpareviewforfree, it helps me with my lengthy and wordy MCQ.

Skip the lectures. Buy Wiley test bank, work the mcq's at least 2 times. Focus on understanding the materials via journal entries or T-accounts (almost every problem in FAR can be solved this way). Also, know how the Financials relate to eachother. Don't go ham on note-taking. Only take notes on the major topics that you don't understand.
