Stock Dividends and Stock Splits

Becker notes that Stock dividends and Stock splits are reallocated to the investment account balance, and there is a memo entry (for both cost and equity methods). I have not seen what the memo entry looks like. Could someone help me out?

A memo entry has no amounts just the accounts.
