Sooo…"annuity in advance" means "annuity due"??

    Are they the same thing? Or is there a slight nuance in definition that will determine whether I get a 74 or a 75…

    I really, really hate FAR.

    Yes, same thing. Payments occur at the beginning of the period as opposed to the end of the period.

    Perfect. I figured. It came up in a MCQ but couldn't find the term “annuity in advance” in my book. Makes sense though.
