Is each tab a different topic? Like one is a consolidation, another is governmental, etc. Or are all of them a combination of all topics? A “Simulation” in my review material is a spreadsheet on consolidations, for example. Would that be one tab like my review or a couple tabs (one for eliminating investment, one for eliminating intercompany sales, etc.)? A huge problem like that takes a long time. If all of them are that long I don’t know how I’ll manage… If there are 7 tabs and one is a consolidation spreadsheet and another is something time consuming like a statement of cash flows it would take all of your time just to complete SIMS I think…..

Each tab is a different topic. I am assuming you are looking at FAR, based on your references of consolidations and cash flows. Yes, they can take quite a bit of time in FAR. I would make sure to save 90 minutes minimum, more if you can. Some take more time than others, some people get two research questions (I only got one) which usually take less time. I was running out of time on my last one and knew I wouldn't have time to figure it out completely, so I just filled blanks in with best guesses and still did OK overall. Don't let them freak you out, just try to save enough time so that you can work methodically through them. I would try to set a goal time for each testlet and make sure not to get bogged down on any one MCQ that will eat up all your time.

Thanks. My test is in 5 hours and I'm really nervous. It's my first test but I have studied a LOT over the last two months. I want to get a great score, but I keep telling myself surely I studied way too much to NOT get at least a 75.
