I took AUD in late January and just got my score back… made a 73 🙁

I originally planned on starting back studying after a week break from the AUD exam and taking FAR on 4/6/12. However working 50+ hours a week for busy season has taking a toll on my study habits. I honestly just started back studying this week and am only halfway through FAR 1. I dont even know if I can finish all the material by then.

Should I reschedule to maybe sometime in May after busy season is over?? My only problem with that is now that I know I did not pass AUD…I wanted to retake it again in May (before the June dead month) while its still fresh on the brain.

Any advice??

I am actually trying to figure out what to do too. I took FAR back in November and failed. I decided that I needed a mental break and started studying again in January. busy season limited my studying to once or twice a week. I was hoping April 6th too. But I am starting to think it's worth it to delay it a bit, because last thing I want is to fail again because I rush into it. I wouldn't drag it to May, just later in April. If anyone has a better idea, Please share. Also, if anyone heard about wine exam for 2012 so far, do share.

Why dont you take Audit on the 1st day of april and take FAR on the last day of May

FAR is a ton of material and you need to give yourself quite some time to study for it

If you were half way through your FAR material it would be close but being that you havent really began studying or anything I would just finish off audit while its fresh in your mind.

I agree with BKK about early april and late may.

And the studying can be done even working 50+ hours a week if you are truly committed to it.

Thanks for the advice! The issue is I only have a “Notice to Sit/Schedule” for FAR and I don't know if I could apply for an AUD “NTS,” receive it, and schedule it on an open day in time. Because I am kinda limited on when I can take off during busy season to take it…and the weekend test dates seem to book up really fast here. And I sure don't want to commit to taking audit again first and not study for FAR and then not be able to even take Audit 🙁

you'll reeive your nts in less than 3 days sometimes 1-2 days . you should be able to book your exam before april 5th
