Send Help! Dealing with FAR stress in the home stretch

Hey everyone! I’m taking FAR this Friday and just took my first full Becker exam and ended up with a 61 after allocating the 60% to MCQs and the 40% to SIMs. I am just at a loss for words for how stressed/anxious/terrified I am for Friday and seeing that score is not helping to quell any anxieties. Any tips or ideas on how to get around what feels like a gigantic set-back and focusing on getting through Friday to pass FAR? At this point I’m wondering if I even stand a chance at passing.

The burnout has set in hard.

    AUD - 87 4/9/13
    FAR - 85 5/17/13
    REG - 75 7/1/13
    BEC - 82 7/29/13

Now just waiting on experience starting in January

Keep practicing MCQ and know your journal entries. Don't give up you are close to exam day. I don't do practice exams, but I try and get scores in MCQ up to the 70/80's before sitting. Good luck. FAR isn't as tricky as AUD so I think you will do fine seeing your AUD score 🙂

I just went back through all of my answers I missed and it looks like my rushing really cost me on the practice exam. I only took about 2 hours but the mistakes I made were all from missing a piece of information or missing a step in the calculation….oops. Still going through and writing everything down to reinforce it but I think the next practice should be okay as long as I slow down and take my time.

Yes reading the question really helps and its a hard balance because we are so focused on having enough time to complete the exam at the same time need to read the questions thoroughly.
