After studying all the material it always seems like I’ve lost a lot since I first reviewed it.Do any of you guys have a strategy on how to review while continuing to study? I am looking for ways to try and keep the material fresh.

Bump….Does no response mean that most of you guys wait to get to the end of the materials before you start reviewing?

I personally tend to wait and do a large review after I've gone through all the information, however, I don't think that works since I haven't passed a part yet. Since I've been on this forum I've seen many people who have been successful say that they will cover a portion of the material, whether it be a couple of sections within a chapter or a few chapters but then go back and work additional MC questions related to the previously covered information. I'm sure that does a better job at keeping the material fresh. I hope this helps.

zooyuka – I used Becker and my approach was to take notes on each Chapter. As I continued through the Chapters, I would read over my notes from previous chapters every day or two. That way I kept the information fresh in my mind. Also, I used Becker flashcards which helped keep things fresh as well. I carried them with me and anytime I had a free moment I would pull them out and review a few.

If you are studying for FAR, I definitely recommend doing progress tests after every 2nd or 3rd Chapter. There is just so much material in FAR that I feel this is important to do.

During my final review, I also used Jeff's Notes to reinforce what I had learned. It was quite helpful to have an additional set of notes – sometimes things were stated differently than the way I looked at it and it really helped. He also stressed things that he found to be most important. A good investment in my opinion!

Best of luck to you on your exams.
