    Inquiry and analytical procedures

    Performed in accordance with SSARS issued by AICPA

    Obtaining an understanding of Internal control isn’t required.

    Communication with predecessor isn’t required

    Issuer:

    Inquiry and analytical procedures

    Performed in accordance with AICPA

    Obtain an understanding of Internal control (through inquiry, etc) though risk assessment procedures isn’t required – If significant deficiencies are found then written communication is required.

    Communicate with predecessor.

    Am I right?
