Hi everyone,

I am retaking FAR, I earned a 71 when using Becker Self-Study this past testing window, and need some advice for my next attempt.

My problem: I felt extremely prepared for the MC…in fact, in all the exams I felt I have done extremely well on the MC but I panic on all the simulations regardless of which test I have taken (minus BEC because it was written). Besides the Research question, I probably got all the SIMS wrong on AUD and REG too. On FAR, I couldn’t get the research question…maybe that would have gotten me to a 75.

I need help..I never understand the SIMS…the directions are confusing despite knowing the material. When using Becker, I would always have to glance at the first part of the answer to see what they wanted us to do.,,then I would be able to complete it correctly. Does anyone have any advice for me regarding the SIMS? Is there another review course that is better at preparing us for the SIMS. I don’t want to go in again feeling like I know the material then mess up again because I can’t make sense of the SIM directions.
