    My eligibility application is expiring. Can I reschedule the test after fling a new eligibility application? Does anyone knows where to find the information?

    As a follow up question, if you fail a test but still have time under your current NTS, do you need to reapply anywhere or can you just reschedule w/ Prometric?

    @minimorty,

    If you fail an exam, you will have to apply for another NTS to sit for another exam. Each NTS can only be used once. Basically, you pay each time for a new NTS when you fail. Hope that helps.

    @ToCPA2011,

    Not sure what the eligibility application is. I am guessing that perhaps each state may have different terms?! When I googled that term I found this address that seems to be full of info : https://www.tsbpa.state.tx.us/pdffiles/XELIGAPP.pdf

    It looks like you are in Texas, if not, sorry! Best of luck to you.

    @Yankee – that helps a ton! Exactly what I was looking for. Let's hope I never have to worry about it. I was curious just in case.

    @yankee – Thanks! I am not concerned about the financial implications, just concerned with the time it takes to reapply and wait. Hopefully, I can just knock these out and not have to worry about it.

    Thanks yankee. I hope to finish the FAR review on time and not worry about paying twice for sitting one section.
