I just took a 60 question progress test over all 8 sections of Becker. The questions I received seemed is disproportionate, 20% business law and 20% Partnerships taxation and estate. Is business law really 20% of the mcq on the exam or should I expect more?

    Thank you

    FAR- 88 2/28/2012
    AUD- 88 5/3/2012
    REG- 84 7/31/12

According to the AICPA Business Law is something like 17-21% of the Regulation exam.

    FAR 93
    AUD 89
    REG 81
    BEC 87
    Ethics 100

I would say 20% for BLAW is pretty reasonable. With the lions share for tax and the rest on ethics, tax filing procedure being the rest of the test.

I had alot of partnership stuff the first time I took REG but no so much the second time around.

    FAR - 85 November 2011
    AUD - 81 January 2012
    REG - 68 March 2012
    BEC - 86 April 2012
    REG - 92 July 2012

Dont be fooled… last time my regulation had about 50% of law, some tax and lots of ethics. Plan accordingly.
