One of the reasons I keep failing REG is because of the Business Law. I’m always comparable or weaker and I think it has to do with the fact I’m from Louisiana. We don’t follow the UCC and I always think of property as community property. Two pretty big differences. I know LA isn’t the only community property state and we do still have some forced heirship laws but does the exam ever test community property or would I be better off trying to forget that it exists?
