Prometric – contact info

    Is the only way to contact Prometric to use email now? If so, how long does it take for them to respond? Their chat application is not available now.

    Anyone have a phone number for them for scheduling questions?

    They know they are the only game in town and act that way.

    If you call them the wait is fairly short (1-800- 580-9648 roughly 5 minutes) Its a global office therefore, they won't “act like they're the only game in town.”

    I haven't had much luck calling the 1.800 number, but I have called the prometric office that I test at many times. And they were really helpful.

    How is your studying going?! I am stuck in mud…I really underestimated how tough it is to study during the summer. Only about 60 mcq so far today but I have been at it since 7ish. UGH. Not feeling the go get 'em attitude at all. I think in large part because it is REG and all the posts on it are scaring the heck out of me. And the thought of dragging this on is ugly. I don't think my family can take it! I hope you are doing well 🙂

    Thank you for the phone number. I looked all over the web site and could not find it. I was having problem rescheduling the exam. I tried rescheduling on the web again a few hours later and Viola! it worked the second time. Guess I need to read the chapters on IT more, huh… Thanks again for the answers.

    No problem…I actually had issues rescheduling my exam recently. I moved it to a later date and it kept timing out saying to try again later. I finally got it to work later, received the confirmation email and was all set. Then I look at my bank account and I was charged the $35 fee twice! I have yet to call them…
