[BEC] – Pricing Stock – Is my material going into TOO much depth?

    So I’m on the pricing stock unit, and it’s going into pretty great detail about the Gordon Growth model and the Dividend Discount Model… is that reasonable? I haven’t sat for BEC but my past experience with the other sections makes me suspect I won’t see anything this deep on the actual exam. On the other hand, I keep hearing about a ton of calculation questions on the exam, so I thought I’d ask.

    That depends on how much detail “pretty great detail” is. Memorizing the formulas is the most important thing. Knowing the basic description/purpose of the formula would probably help a little.
