Hey everyone. I have 2 more days until I take my FAR exam (Wednesday at 830am). I was contemplating taking the second final exam practice in Becker this evening after work. Would this be overkill? I thought that if I took it today, tomorrow I could review my answers and also go over mnemonics and my notes as a recap.

Is there any negative aspect to doing this? For example, would taking a practice final and then a real exam two days later overwhelm me? Any insight would be great. Thanks!

I did nonstop mcqs my last week and the final exams the last two days before my real exam. I had never taken an exam though and wanted to get use to the format, sitting there for 4 hrs, and a general idea of how well i would do. I think it would be overkill if you took it the morning of then sat for the real exam later that day. Just my opinion

Possibly too late for me to answer, but I would follow your plan and take it tonight. I usually took the finals a day or two prior to the real exam to get me ready. Don't get discouraged if you don't do as well as you expect, just use it as additional practice with some new questions and SIMS. Good luck!

I usually use the final practice exam about one week before actual exam.

Because Becker exam always makes me feel bad…

OP I'm in the same boat. My FAR exam is tomorrow (11/27/2012). I honestly didn't have much time to study last night and tonight I'll be doing the second practice final. I'm sure I will bomb it, but I bombed the BEC second exam and passed it with an 85, so I'm a little optimistic. Main thing is just get time to review what I did right / wrong.

I really feel like tomorrow will the hardest exam I've taken in my life thus far.
