I need some serious motivation/confidence to keep going. I’m retaking FAR 5/28 and need to knock out the final chapters of Becker before moving into MCQ and SIMS cram-mode.

Planning on watching Becker Final Review lectures (30 min each, 5 to go), then re-writing Becker notes and reading Ninja notes and making flashcards (time permitting)…

We can all do this!!! Good luck to everyone out there wasting their weekend indoors right along with me…

I'm in! I took the day off from work to do the comprehensive tests all day. Got out for the kiddos ball game and some more cough drops. . .tonight I think I'm going to battle with Basis 🙂

My patio table is a mess of studying materials (REG next Friday) and I've had at least 6x my regular daily consumption of pop but I'm still exhausted! Might have to make a red bull run!

C32, you kept me going another hour! I was going to hang it up a while ago, but I kept going. Thanks for the motivation! 🙂

I've studied been studying for 12 hours, with a few breaks in between. I read over ALL of my notes, took the Becker 2nd exam, went back and reworked all the problems I missed, and took more notes. That exam is disheartening.

Tomorrow, I'll read my notes again and assess where I'm at. Then, I'm going to review where I'm lacking and work Wiley sims. I'm considering taking the Becker exams again. I'm not sure if there is value in that, but I'm considering it. (I hate it when anything kicks my butt!)

Anyway, I'm off, have a great night!

Slept in too late so I've been trying to catch up all day. I calculated that if have 96 hours left to study around sleep and work before 5/28. I've got 7 more sections for MCQs in Becker…gotta do SIMS too. Hope it's enough this time. My MCQ scores are disappointing. Makes it tough to keep going…

Did a little retail therapy and went out to lunch with my family. Not to upset about it… I'm finding it hard to keep studying for BEC because I feel I've gone through all that Becker has to offer so its just easy 100 MCQ Progress tests one after another and rereading notes. Not really sure what else to do?

@ Jasper – sounds like you are ready to go for your exam, I wish I was feeling that good about my Audit material.

Wife just went to bed and now I'm back at Becker A4 trying to get down testing of the different cycles. Tough stuff…

Although my day started super slow and i had not been in the best health, I managed to have make progress with the partnership taxation. Got 100 & 94% on all partnership questions with perfect timing!!! So happy about it.

Now, going out for a quick run and back to Estates, Trusts & Circular 230.

Last day of 2 hour study session getting prepared for AUD tomorrow morning at 8am. Took Thursday and Friday off to put in a 4 day study cram session. It's amazing how good quiet time is and how much better I feel after these 4 days.

I had a fortunate cookie after dinner on Friday that read: There will be many surprises: unexpected gains are likely!

Back to studying…..
