i converted from becker to yaeger and AUD was the first exam i ever passed. received the materials in mid dec 2010 and took exam in march 2011. you can probably finish it faster but i took my time

@Peanut- It only took me about 7 weeks to prepare for AUD. I watched all the Yaeger lectures, took intense notes, did tons of MCQs using the Gleim software, and did all the MCQs and Sims in the Wiley book.

And there seems to be some debate on which is better: Yaeger or Roger. Honestly, neither course is better, so it really all comes down to which teaching style suits you best. Both courses offer sample videos. I suggest you watch both and see which instructor you like best and take it from there.

You might want to see if Becker will extend your expiration date. Mine was set to expire and they gave me an extention until my test date.

AUD is like musical words for me, and I passed the exam with a 76. I think it's mainly due to the gut feeling, which probably put me over the borderline score. You can do it and sometimes, you just go with your gut feeling when it comes to select the correct answer! You're almost there! Cheers!

If someone in my office hadn't told me about it I wouldn't have known either. I called and asked. You have to have it scheduled. I did it during the October/November window and she told me I had to do it within the testing window. They had me send them my scheduling confirmation and they only extended it to the day of my test. It's definitely worth taking the time to call them and see if they'll work with you.

I forgot to wear red panties when I took REG, but I got lucky and still passed. But I took a big risk. Wear those red panties!!! It's important that you wear them.

Peanut, it's your turn, as well as others we are rooting for. When I first read your post ( “I quit”) after getting a 72 on audit I actually felt kind of sad and hoped for your comeback. When I later logged on to the site and saw your return, I was happy to see you back on your feet. I have been on this site since 2011 and have read many posts and followed up on your progress, Keeptrying, and CPAMan, and other candidates who show the will to succeed. It is truly admirable. So when I start feeling a lack of motivation and frustration, I log on to this site to feel better.
