    I was originally an accounting major in undergrad and took intermediate accounting 1 but ended up switching to finance. After graduation i decided to get my cpa so im taking actg classes at my community college to be able to sit for the exam. I have 2 more accounting classes to go. My question is should i retake intermediate because i dont remember much from it or should I just get my credits and start using a review course for the exam?

    @icpait,

    Oh yeah intermediate is a must…..FAR covers alot from intermediate statements, correcting errors, inventory ratios, statement of cash flows….you name it it's covered. Advanced financial accounting is good too. I donn't know how indepth a community college class will be. And I don't know if a commuity college would offer upper level accounting, but I would definitely take intermediate if you are looking for a class to take. As a matter of fact, I am using my intermediate book to brush up alittle since it's been a while. Good luck

    It begins with a 75
    Been here too long as a cheerleader....ready to pass
