I know this question has probably been asked a thousand times, but do you get paper to do work on during the exam? I am much more comfortable doing T-account analysis than trying to memorize the wordy formulas for some of the topics Becker covers and I get to the same result more quickly.

Yes. Prometric gives you scratch paper that you have to turn in at the end.
