OT: Notarized letter from PwC?

    So knowing what we all know about the big 4, and Sarbanes-Oxley, would you accept a notarized letter from PwC as legit as something can get?

    (yes, you probably know what I am talking about)

    To me, notarized from PwC, means you can take it to the bank and need not see the underlying detail. Am I naive?
