Monday, April 9th I was hammering away at work on quater-end, stressing over stuff that really doesn’t matter when the phone rang. My Mom went home to be with God, she had been sick for some time with COPD and eventually her body just quit. She had some great days at the last and was really feeling good (as good as she could feel). We spent Saturday evening with her and had some great family time.

I had planned to begin studying again on Monday (after quarter end and tax season). I’m not sure how I will end up studying with all this on my mind but I am telling you that I am now a man on a mission. I’m going to do this for my Mom.

God love you Mom, we will miss you forever.

Thanks all….it was a beautiful service. The weather was perfect, the day was like it was kissed by God himself.

Now I have to find a way to get this REG exam done by 5/29. I was supposed to be studying for the past two weeks but between a couple of really heavy projects at work over the last month and now this, it was impossible.

Well, back to work. Thanks all for the thoughts and prayers.
