    So I only have Audit left and the D-Day is Jan.12.

    I currently have the 2011 Wiley CD testbank.

    Do you think I should buy the online version in waiting for the 2012 updates, or stick with what I have?

    You could call Wiley to see if there have been many changes. In my experience, the changes have been quite small and not worth the upgrade. You could buy Jeff's NINJA notes for a second source. Those worked well for me.

    I think you should be fine. I don't think there are any significant changes in 2012.
