Hey everyone: I am taking AUD on Monday and am really looking for some extra MCQ’s to practice on but don’t want to order a cd from somewhere since I’m assuming they’ll have to ship it. Anybody have any advice on where to get quick MCQ’s (either downloadable, online, or something I can buy in a bookstore somewhere?)

@Florida – You can get a test bank for $79 on Wileycpaexam.com for just the section. There is also cpareviewforfree.com. I'm studying for AUD as well, next Friday though and have been using cpareviewforfree.com What is your main study materials? I've used becker…..

Hey thank you for your response! I've been using Becker too and feel pretty good I just want that extra ‘oomph' of reassurance. I used Becker for FAR and I didn't feel very prepared but I don't think it was Becker's fault i just think it was a lottt of information. I have a feeling I may be taking that section again. So for AUD I wanted to feel overprepared! 😀

I got gleim, you can get it over the internet, takes 10 minutes to setup (assuming you don't have 56k modem). It's about $50 and has 1700 MCQs on it. I'm using it as we speak! It might be a little overkill though, I did about 600 in one sitting yesterday and died a little bit on the inside.

I felt okay with the FAR with Becker, but I just graduated (should probably put that in my signature) so everything but ch. 8&9 were basic review for me…. and I spent most of my time on ch. 8&9….

Oh man maybe I just went to a crappy school cause I feel like they (my college professors) glossed over everything in class that I was actually learning for real in Becker. Like I recognized the WORDS Becker was using with FAR topics but remembered teachers just giving us the “quick” version of everything. I really wish they had a FAR class in college. Literally. Like… using CPA study materials. College credit for CPA studying? I'm in! lol

@Florida_Candidate – I think Becker's does partner with an MBA program to get credit for it haha. Ya my professors glossed over some stuff but other stuff I felt like I just had to dig out….

Hey florida candidate, i'm feeling OK. I think i know most of everything except internal evidence for certain cycles…especially when it starts getting really wordy and such, but I've got 4 days to prep!

I'm just wondering if people who've used Becker flashcards think they're useful? I know the answers when it's in question form, but when I go over the flashcards, I feel like i know nothing!

@joohj1187 – I used flashcards for BEC and FAR. I love flashcards though and always make them…. It definitely makes me learn the material better because I have to know it and not just sorta identify it on a mcq…..

I haven't TAKEN AUD yet but I love hte flashcards. I find if I have to really sit there and say the answers out loud I figure out what I really know and what I don't! Though they are much much harder than just MCQ's. I did all flashcards at first and NOW i'm going to MCQ's and I'm glad I did the flashcards because I feel like it created a base 😀
