    What does everyone think…..think we’ll be asked prepare a F/S based on Cash of Mod Cash? Or think we will simply need to know the broad concepts of them and differences from US GAAP?

    I don't think they would go beyond asking for a calculation based upon tax or cash basis if they ask anything at all.

    More than likely the difference between Accrual and Cash income with some changes in A/R and A/P
