    I am getting ready to start my final review for this beast of an exam. Did any of you guys put together a list of formulas or a formula sheet to memorize while preparing? Maybe we can start a master list.

    @cpa_goal I have two boys ages 7 and 11. Pokemon and Ds games help….lol After school I get them going on homework and get some time in, then check back with them every so often. I will take them to parks, play places etc. to give them (and myself) a change of scenery. If your's are younger and take naps that is a great time to get some uninterrupted study time in.

    Inventory –

    Beginning Inventory + Purchases = Cost of Goods Available for Sale – Ending Inventory = Cost of Goods Sold

    Ratios:

    Current Ratio = Current Assets / Current Liabilities

    Inventory Turnover = Cost of Goods Sold / Average Inventory through Year

    Receivable Turnover = Net Sales / Average Accounts Receivable through Year

    I just finished watching the F-9 lecture. Holy crap, talk about feeling burned out. Gov't accounting clicks for me for some reason but this NFP stuff, yikes. I'll definitely need to spend extra time on this.

    Back to flashcards I go at 11:30 PM. Woohoo!

    I am the exact opposite. NFP is way easier for me.

    Hi All! I got Jeff's email about study groups and was very hesitant. But this is awesome. Thanks for the information already posted. And thanks is advance for what's to come.

    FAR is scheduled for Nov. 26 I'm about 3/4 of the way through Yaeger videos. Then the plan is to work all the the Wiley book MCQ's, rewrite my notes, and begin practice exams/Wiley software.

    @akb9874 thanks for the link!

    Get the ninja notes I used Becker at first too and they do a great job on a lot but the Ninja Notes break it down into ENGLISH it is clear and straight forward.

    @audiox

    How do you score it? I took mine but have no idea how to score the total.

    Whats your review plan until 10/23, just keep cranking out MCQ?

    Also, we dont hear back until Nov 26th, that sucks!

    @DatFutureCPA

    I used (Average MC score)*.6 + (Average Simulation Score)*.4 = Total Score

    Yeah, I think I will just keep going through MC for each chapter, while also making sure I understand the sims.

    Sucks that we have to wait so long to hear back. That will be around the time I plan to take Audit, so I guess I'll know whether I can move on to a third part or start studying FAR again (Hope not)
